Overview (SEISA)

It is important for Asian Countries to actively participate in International Standardization Activities in order to achieve International Standards that reflect their needs in view of the fact that IT
Standard development in the past had not satisfied Asian National Culture and Character requirements. 
This seminar is being organized by CICC with the cooperation of Japan Standards Association (JSA),
to strengthen the network for proposing International Standards in Asia.   
This Seminar will cover focus on issues like; “The Importance of International Standards, its organization structure, procedures” “ Processing, and the Practice of International Standard Development,”
“Technologies beyond the coded character sets” and so on.
